Trends you'll notice in the music I post:

a. Predominantly independent music. We all know the best music is spawned from the heart, not the wallet.
b. Lack of focus on lyrics. I don't consider lyrics to be part of the "music." Vocals, yes. Lyrics, no.
c. Overwhelmingly depressing music. Sadness inspires me, what can I say?
d. Words to describe what I like: high-fret, cacophony, crescendo, aggressive, ethereal, patient, repetitive, unorthodox, innovative, hypnotic, etc. I like music that can make me feel like I'm transcending into another world.
e. To the untrained eye, it may appear I have a wide taste in music given the breadth of bands I know. Nothing could be further from the truth; I'm actually very narrow-minded and elitist. But I'm still down to hear out recommendations.
